How does Alfred Pons Vestuari Laboral handle tailoring and customization projects?

Alfred Pons, specialists in workwear, is a Barcelona-based shop specializing in work uniforms. They work on each project, each uniform model, to ensure the client, the brand, and the company are satisfied with the results.
How do they do it?
Through direct contact with the client and the experience of the team's designers, the type of garment that will best suit the profession in which it will be used is selected, for example, a jacket, jumpsuit, polo shirt, gown, or pinafore.
Customers touch the product and the fabric, looking repeatedly at the different designs already created by the Alfred Pons team to see which one best suits them. Here, the fabric's durability, whiteness after washing, bleachability, freshness, and other qualities are assessed.
Once you've chosen your style, you decide on the type of sleeve you want: short, long, or three-quarter length. You also decide on the length of the gown and even its closure, for example, whether you want it with buttons, snaps, or a zipper, among others.
From here, all that's left is to customize the design to make it unique and express what the company truly wants to convey. With a wide range of fabrics, colors, and prints, the garment's design is finally finalized, always under the guidance of Alfred Pons team members.
With the experience of Pons' designers, all kinds of details are finalized, such as whether or not to place the logo on the garment, its location, size, colors, and, above all, the technique used to apply it to the models, as it can be an embroidered logo, screen-printed, or even printed.
With ongoing consultation and meeting the customer's goals for the garment, the fabric is cut from the pattern, sewn, and then the logo, drawing, or design, if applicable, is applied. Once finished, the garment is ready to ship!
